Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sensorix (“Sensorix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and the AI assistant available on it (together, the “Site”). Data we process when delivering our copilots to a customer is governed by the agreement and Data Processing Addendum with that customer; the “Customer data” section below summarizes how we treat it.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your work email and the primary security pressure you select. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
• AI assistant messages. The messages you type into the assistant are processed to generate a reply (see the AI assistant section below).
• Technical and log data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically record basic request data — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to operate the Site, keep it secure, and enforce rate limits on the assistant.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your personal information, and we do not run cross-site behavioral advertising.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or run a copilot demo.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and the AI assistant.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents (including rate limiting).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

The AI assistant

The assistant on this Site is a guarded, product-focused helper. To generate a response, your messages are sent to our third-party model provider solely for that purpose, and we instruct that your inputs are not used to train their models. Conversations are short-lived and are not used to build a profile of you.

Please do not enter sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated information into the assistant. It provides general information about Sensorix and is not professional, legal, or security advice.

Customer data (our copilots)

When we run a copilot for a customer, we act as a processor handling data on that customer’s behalf under a written agreement. Our standing commitments are the same ones described across this site:

• Least-privilege and read-only access wherever possible, through scoped connectors.
• Full audit logging of every action a copilot takes.
• Human approval required before anything sensitive or destructive is executed.
• We do not train models on your data, and we never sell it.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site — for example hosting, our AI model provider, and email — and who are permitted to use the data only to provide those services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sensorix, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

Data retention

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at privacy@sensorix-ai.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our product and practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
